"The property and room were beautiful. The restaurant was amazing , but the girls that work in lobby to check you in or help were both extremely rude, did not even say hello when we came in, when we needed help with coffee , instead of helping us the girl just stayed on the computer looking at social media. So we asked if they had more creamer, she said- yeah in that drawer there’s more you can get it’ honestly I’ve never been to any resort, hotel, lodging, etc. where the staff was so unhelpful and would rather play on their phone or be on the computer. Not sure if we’ll come back to this location because of that"
