"Nos toco la habitacion con un foco grande afuera, y no nos dejaba dormir entraba demasiada luz al cuarto, parecia que era de dia, pague por una cama mas grande y me dieron la matrimonial y reclame y no me hicieron caso , no sale agua caliente , estaba limpio fue lo unico bueno "

"We went as a group and reserved 3 King rooms, one of which was needing a pet friendly place. The room and area were clean. However, I didn't appreciate that we reserved 3 rooms and arrived at 3 pm (check in time) and were told they had to change our rooms from a Single King to doubles and the price would remain the same. I notified them that we did need at least 1 room on the 1st floor to assist our handicap friend. I would prefer to have had what I reserved. Also, there was no shampoo or enough...

Upon arrival the property did not feel or look very welcoming.When we got out of our car to go to our room there were guest in the back by the pool smoking cigarettes and offering to sale us Marijuana!! The carpet on the stairs and in the hallway was gross. The sheets on the bed were stained in several places. I called the front desk to ask for more sheets she stated they didnt have any more sheets. "It's Motel 6 at the end of the day, and overall it was slightly below average. The room was clean, and the staff was very kind. My room had an issue with the hot water, as it wasn't well regulated. During my shower the hot water came and went. Other rooms in my party didn't experience this, so it was probably an isolated incident. No issues with the parking and security. It's a very safe area.
