"Absolutely beautiful property with lovely welcoming staff. They allowed us to extend our stay by 2 days due to a change in our plans and we wish we could have stayed even longer. "I had a great time. Everyone was very kind and attentive. Kanishk greeted me, made me feel incredibly welcomed and helped me with some train tickets I needed to purchase. I arrived at the hotel quite early and my room wasn't ready so the manager, Saurabh, arranged a temporary room for me to change and freshen up while my room was ready. We were disappointed only with one matter, we booked also dinner, there were no guests at dinner and the kitchen was bed as well as the unprofessional staff, we asks to cancel the dinner for the following days, and they had no flexibility at all to cancel which is weird in my view.
