Room was clean, a bit dated but everything worked. The water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired. Had dinner in the restaurant on the last night which hasn't really worth what i paid for it but we couldn't be bothered to go out. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable and clean. Checkin was effortless and the staff were friendly.

Helpful staff, clean bathroom although shower was like warm. Comfy bed and quiet which is key for a hotel stay! Rooms area little tired and could do with an update but for £55 cannot complain too much. No sockets by the beds as well. Breakfast offers freshly cooked eggs and the poached egg was perfectly cooked. Had a good selection and whilst did not have the buffet breakfast it looked nice and well cooked. Overall great stay and would recommend for the price.

It’s a fairly depressing budget hotel, which needs some maintenance to be a ‘decent stay’ in my opinion (stained carpets, mildewy bathroom tiling, badly done sealant etc). I’d choose any other budget chain over this one, especially as prices are very similar (too high for this hotel in my opinion) Lovely staff and comfortable bed though

Place was located very conveniently in the city centre, it was easy check in and the room was spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy and room was lovely and warm. Would use again.

Room was clean and comfortable, one minor gripe was no plug in the sink. Only one lift working, not a big issue at non-peak times but with 9 floors really could do with 2 lifts. Reception advised me to park in the adjacent NCP car par which was half the price of the hotel car park. Didn't have breakfast but had a decent pizza in the evening.
