"There’s no sound proofing because it’s an old historic building. the exposed air ducts carry voices from hall and adjacent rooms.The suites are designed poorly. You have to walk through the master bedroom past the bed to get to the bathroom from the other bedroom. The whole place smells like burnt popcorn from the movie theater. And the front desk isn’t open at night. The sheets were clean. The shower was clean. The ceiling has exposed insulation. These are very outdated rooms. The windows are all pretty broken. One window had BB gun holes in it! Super convenient to downtown though."

"It was noisy! The people above us had young kids, and they kept stomping/ jumping around at all hours. (I feel like we should have been refunded at least one night, but we were offered a $25 gift card, that's all)! The hot breakfast offerings; ("omelette", sausage, etc.) were rubbery, and seemed like they were microwaved. "

"The construction right below our room until after 9:30pm was aweful. I'm surprised we weren't at least placed in a room further from the construction. Hot tub was brown, not at all like the photos. The room was clean so that met expectations."
