"Staff was excellent, good customer service"

"Check-in is advertised as anytime after 4pm. I arrived late at night and there was no self-check in and the lobby was closed. I called the emergency line and the directory was unhelpful resulting in no contact with any person. I ended up finding alternative housing that night. I messaged the property June 20th (as of June 26) have had no response. I can't even receive a refund because they won't respond to my bank."

"The drain in the shower was partially blocked. Hence the water was not draining . This is a safety hazard. Plse inform the hotel to clean their drains. I had removed the drain cover and it was filthy black. Was not good."

"Room was disgusting (carpet not vacummed, beds had stains on them, the room smelled like many people had smoked and they covered it up with harsh cleaning products). My son got trapped in the bathroom because the door frame was out of alignment. I had to shoulder check it open. Good riddance to this motel. Next time we'll sleep in a tent on the side of the road instead."

"This is a great place to stay for a one-nighter on a long journey. The place is currently undergoing updates, which are not messy (things like new doors). Our room smelled as if it had previously hosted smokers, which wasn’t ideal. The bed was VERY comfortable. Our stay was nice, quiet and dark, great sleep quality.
