Almost non existent breakfast. Broken electric faceplates. Fan left as hole in wall. No tissues. Cheap thin towels. No iron in room. Flooring looked repaired and not done correctly. Wall repairs were sloppy. Host stayed on phone while checking me in. Bed was comfortable! And microwave/fridge worked. Slow wifi

Dirty and Smelly

The room was small there was a hole in the drapes and the comforter on the bed. The dressers floors phone and walls were dirty with dried drops of paint on floor. No extra towels and room was humid with a stuffy and musty smell when we first walked in. I would not stay here again.

My stay was ok! The staff at the desk was great but the room was not so good. The 1st room has dirty pillow cases and a stopped up sink with standing water in it. We were then checked into another room and that room wasn’t clean. We went to the store and got supplies and cleaned it ourselves because there were no other rooms available within the area because of the rodeo.

The door to the hotel room had no lock and was previously kicked in. Both beds had multiple stains on them. There was a big circular red stain on the carpet that looked like blood. Lastly, there was a spider the size of the palm of my hand lurking in the corner of the room. There was no way anyone could stay in this hotel for an hour let alone over night.

Liked location Terrible condition: Had to repair toilet to use it. Verry noisey due to proximity to RTE 74 and occupants in room 115. No breakfast . Actually checked out due Bedding, asked for non smoking and was given a smokers room 👎. Only things that worked were the TV and the HVAC. Bed - had no support or blanket - Pillows were very thin

Not a hotel for HOTELS.COM

When we arrived at 4:30 pm the doors were locked to the lobby. We had to call and the lady was not happy orfriendly. Went to our room and the carper was all dirty and scuffed. The phone did not work so we could call and ask for towles. I had to qalk to the office and get towles and TP. Never again.

My stay sucked

Hotel is in need of updates badly Have stayed at other Super 8’s and really enjoyed it The one in Shelby NC does not represent the brand in a positive way The advertisement on line is false The 3rd shift associate is not knowledgeable of her duties I did booking through a 3rd party originally and decided to stay an extra day and went to this person to extend my stay. She said everything was good and returned my door key. Later that evening I returned to find my room had been rented to someone else and my personal items had to be located but where finally returned I went back to the associate when she was on duty to find out why if there was a problem was I not notified,got no response She lost the booking because she did not know her job Had to go to another hotel Also the breakfast advertised consisted mandarin oranges and coffee? This particular Super 8 will not be on our list for future stays Angelia Guerrero 3366964491
