"When sold out they do run out of parking. Even sold out the breakfast is hot and full. Could be cooked a hair more. Place stayed clean. Room was fresh every day we came back. Pool was nice. Room was nice and sizeable. Ample room to spread out for a few days. There were ice stations everywhere. Kept the place feeling safe. Will book again. "

"A clean restful overnight stay! Beds were very comfortable and sheets and linens were very clean. It had everything we needed including dispenser soap and shampoo, hair dryer, iron. Very nice place too stay. Happy we chose the Blue Grass Inn. "

"I stayed there for a total of 4 days. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good. Nice variety. Staff was super nice. The rooms were clean. Only issue, I would either clean the carpets or replace them. However, since it is a pet friendly hotel I didn't smell pets. This hotel is at a great location not too far from the outlet mall, Publix, downtown Waterfront and around great restaurants. Very peaceful as well. Definitely will return to this hotel when back in...
