"The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. "Unión Station is gorgeous. We stayed there for our anniversary to watch the light show and hang out in the grand Hall and have cocktails. There was a wedding that night so they had the entire grand hall blocked off and we were not able to do any of that. The staff were not necessarily friendly and the whole place outside smelled like gas. The rooms were fine, but it just seems over priced."

"The convenience was great for a medical appointment staying so close to hospital. The hallways and our room floor had white carpet freshener sprinkled all over for the two days that we were there. Never vacuumed (but smelled nice) and our room and bathroom were not very clean. Free cookie was delicious but there was no coffee unless we purchased breakfast. And now I’m grumpy cause I haven’t had my caffeine."

"I stayed four nights and 5 days! When I first entered the hotel I was met by a lovely lady by the name of Anna! She was very welcoming and had a smile that would light up the room. I encountered Anna quite a few times during my stay. And every time she was just as pleasant as the time before. I had decided upon checking out. That I was going to take Anna back to Nashville with me! Lol. Also there was plenty of free parking! They do offer a free breakfast. I will return! And you can thank Anna...

"Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"
