"The room way very clean. The house keeping came and replaced our towels as needed and took our used towels without asking- superb. They were always available when needed and so helpful. The location was prime. Honey moon was great and highly recommend this place to everyone. Will be coming back again."

"Overall it was a good option and would go back. A few things to note. If you’re in a low floor in the Palm Tower you can use the stairs. Elevator services rooms, restaurant and car park and takes forever to arrive. No recycling whatsoever. And no concern of staff “just throw the plastic bottles in the garbage”. They leave 6 new bottles in your room every day and despite the efforts to protect the waterways, mangroves, sea life all around. The hotel is not on board with sustainability practices, ...

"We had a lovely time staying at the Ritz Sarasota. Everything was good. I wouldn’t say excellent, but very good. We have stayed at many Ritz Carlton hotels and felt the Sarasota Ritz was not up to the same level of service as the other hotels we have stayed at before. "Definitely a HIDDEN GEM, the spacious well lit room was well equipped with basic essentials. Area was quiet and staff was friendly and helpful. Short driving distance to one of the best beaches in the world - Siesta Key."

"Property was beautiful and clean, direct access to the private beach. Very small, we had 2 adults and 1 teen, the room had a bed and a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa blocked the bathroom when opened. Parking was very tight and made getting your luggage into your room difficult. They also have about 6 2nd floor rooms that i was unaware of and ended up getting one, no elevator.Staff were excellent and helpful, bed was comfortable."

"A great place to enjoy your vacation on a beautiful seashore with mild wind and a great sunset view. The staffs are very polite,efficient, and professional. In-room amenties are so great - you will have washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided, full function kitchen as well. Can't expect more. The only thing that the management should take care of is the elevator (I was in Building 4), as I met 3 down time of that elevator during my 3 nights stay. I am OK with that, but if senior...
