"When there for the two restaurants and spa that they advertise on the property. Out of the three days I was there, I couldn’t use any of the amenities because it was already fully booked. With the exception of the bartenders and one staff member, the staffing was rude and not helpful. The place is overpriced and not worth it. You can find cheaper hotels around the area."

"The Crystal Bay Hotel is a hotel that was built in 1915 and known as the Sunset Hotel. It was saved from being torn down and restored as a piece of History. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and once hosted celebrities like Marilyn Monroe, Babe Ruth, Robert Kennedy, Glen Miller, Al Capone, and many others.
