"We have been going to Shelter Harbor Inn for decades. After its most recent renovations, the Inn is absolutely beautiful. The design of the inn is lovely. The grounds are stunning. And very importantly, the staff is excellent. There was some confusion re our check in and both the young woman who checked us in (Laci V) and the young woman who checked us out (Laci M) handled the situation perfectly. Sadly, we were only there for one night most recently but we will return."

"Fine accommodations if you are a casino fan, we are not. Just looking for a nice hotel while road tripping through the area. Drove around the resort 20 min before finding the way to drive to Fox Tower. Poorly signed self park. Finally found the check in area. Literally thousands of steps from car to our room. Room was clean and nice. Had one problem and needed security and they were prompt and very helpful."

"I had a wonderful weekend getaway with my boyfriend. The staff were all very friendly and the room was spacious and clean. I was extremely pleased of all the food options that were available. My boyfriend and I will consider this property again for a future stay."
