"The ac must have a motion detector to turn on the guest programmed temperature. As long as we were in the room, like at night time, the AC worked. But if you set it at 70, and are gone all day hoping to walk into a cool room, it will not turn on until we walked into the room. Parking is terrible due to the daily events in there multiple event centers. Ice machine on 5th floor did not work the whole stay. "Poor experience for a $900 a night, 4-star resort. Will summarise my 2-night stay: - Hour long delay with check-in, didn't contact me when room was ready even though they said the would. - Neighbours below me shagging their brains out throughout the night. Could hear EVERYTHING in explicit detail through the AC vent. Room definitely not sound proof - be warned! - Previous tenant of my room had set an alarm on the clock for 6.41am.... not ideal for a Sunday morning "sleep-in". - Customary for bed...
