Best Western Plus Tacoma Hotel

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus Tacoma. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was wonderful. Only two minor complaints: first, our in room coffee machine didn't work either morning, even after it had been fixed/replaced. However, our room was just off the lobby where there was a great coffee machine available 24/7. The second concern was that he room was very dark, even with the lights all turned on. That being said, the inconveniences were minor and I would definitely recommend."

"The room was tiny and modern. I love how clean and well-managed the hotel is! The open-air pool on the fifth floor was a welcome feature. I could not have expected more than a pleasant swim during a sunny September afternoon. A brief walk leads to the Museum of Glass, along with several spots for food and drink. The hotel Wi-Fi presented only a minor problem. I encountered several disconnections in both the room and the lobby during Zoom calls. It’s not something their staff can fix though. The staff were kind and accommodating. Check-in and checkout were quick and enjoyable."

"The staff was friendly, easy checkin- and checkout. Being disabled, we had a floor unit which was easy to manage. After leaving we noticed that my cane had been left behind. I called and asked about having it sent to me C.O.D., Management carefully located it, and returned my call. They sent it and did so without any charge. I greatly appreciate their kindness. Genuinely referring anyone that is traveling thru Shelton to book into the friendly Shelton Lodge."

"The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming, Lucy in particular was especially kind and helpful with getting us checked into our reservation and giving us information on the amenities of the hotel. The room was well kept and very clean but complimentary toiletries were sparse (had to be bought) and the walls were thin as we could hear footsteps and doors being shut from our floor as well as the floor above us. Despite this I would still come back due to its proximity to the Tacoma Dome and how comfortable the beds were to sleep in. Thank you, staff at the Hilton Garden Inn, for such a warm welcome!"
