"We stayed for 7 days and had a wonderful experience overall. From the moment we arrived, the hotel manager was absolutely amazing. We got there earlier than expected, and she was incredibly helpful and welcoming in getting us checked in early, which we really appreciated. All of the staff were very friendly throughout our stay. I didn’t take advantage of the breakfast much since I’m pretty picky when it comes to breakfast foods, but they did offer a good variety of options, and everything...

"Stayed for the Eugene Marathon and it was an excellent choice. Only 2 blocks from the starting line (I never even had to use a porta-potty!). The front desk staff was friendly and offered a to-go bag of marathon-friendly foods (bagel, peanut butter, banana, etc). We had a balcony room that faced a canal and got to see baby ducks, nutria, and a turtle! The hotel is within walking distance to several restaurants, a Starbucks, and Market of Choice. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and sufficient. The room was clean - only suggest updating the bathrooms to match the seemingly renovated rooms. Overall, we had a great stay at Courtesy Inn. It was a fantastic accommodation with a really good location."

"The family who owns this could not be nicer. You can tell they take pride in their property and maintain it impeccably. Yep, rooms are a little tight (particularly the bathroom), but the shower was exceptional with great pressure and plenty of hot water. Outstanding value this place. Especially the warm, friendly, family hospitality!"
