The cabin was clean and the area was great! Staff were attentive and were seen cleaning/maintaining other cabins regularly. I gave communication a low score only because Marriott didn’t do the best job explaining the “destination fee” until we arrived and noticed firewood and other sundries were ...

The West End Flats
Rooms were quite large with nice amenities. Comfortable bed and very clean. Nice location and close to Jefferson Center. Will return there next time I stay in Roanoke.
