"A great hotel, we came for an event and the hotel was very convenient and good.
We did not eat at the hotel so I am unable to comment on this.
However, we did have a drink in the bar and we did have to replace the glasses about 3 times as they were all dirty. The staff seemed to lack training in customer service skills. The same 2 drinks, cost a different amount each time."

"Lovely room, great views of the park, room was clean. However, staff even though not terrible, are not attentive. Quite a lot staff at bar/restaurant but took a while to serve, on a couple of times had to go up to bar. The only time they came over quick us to clear away glasses, plates etc this was not long after taking last mouthful.
Might stay again, but will go out rather than go up to bar/restaurant area, which is a shame as lovely views."
