"80° every day in the pool is closed. That should’ve been stated someplace when they emailed us to confirm the reservation, but it wasn’t something should definitely be worked on. Otherwise, our restaurants everything else in the hotel was fantastic even the location."

"If you are not a smoker, this hotel/casino is not for you. Even though there were "No Smoking Areas" inside the casino, many patrons did not follow the posted signs. Ashtrays reeked of cigarettes and cigars. We had "black" fingers at the end of the night due to "soot" of the casino "buttons." Furthermore, we were given a room on the 8th (no smoking room) floor. The cigarette smell was so bad (outside, on different floors, etc.) that our entire clothing reeked of smoke! Due to the "smoke smells", we had to leave a day early and did not stay for (2) two nights. Our shower and faucet only had "hot" water, which was brought to the attention of the hotel supervisor on duty (when we checked out)."
