Staff was absolutely kind, helpful and polite. The room was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying again when we travel to Sheridan in the future.

Nice hotel in a good location. Kind of interesting in that the room had a normal entrance into a hallway but also a another door directly into the parking lot.

The evening staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was bare, food gone, with no protein options and no staff at the front desk to check out at 7:30 in the morning.

Beds were very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff was very polite and helpful. The breakfast was about as basic as it comes. Hard boiled eggs, bagles, instant oatmeal, coffee and juice. That’s it. If you’re looking for something more you won’t get it here. Otherwise our stay was good.

The room was clean and comfortable. There was however no arm chair or a dresser with drawers which meant that it was necessary to live out of a suitcase. The shelves provided were inadequate. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast was basic but okay.

Clean option off the highway, recommend!

You can tell that the hotel has been recently renovated and it was very clean! It was a little more pricey than some other options in the area, but it was worth it for the peace of mind that it would be CLEAN! It is also pet friendly, which we needed, as we were traveling through town with pets. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Room was super clean and staff was friendly. I would not stay here alone just because there is a door to the outside and the hallway and all rooms are on the first floor. Breakfast was great for a complimentary breakfast.

The hotel was brand new, very clean. The only thing it was missing was a microwave. We were hoping to warm up our own food, but had to go back out to get food at a fast food chain.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Check in was easy. The property is updated and clean. The beds and bedding was fresh, clean and comfortable. I liked the bathroom products in full size containers rather than individual ones that never get fully used on a short stay.

Nice no frills hotel which seemed newly remodeled. Liked the convenience of interior and exterior doors to the room. Breakfast not only included bagels but hard boiled eggs, cereal, yogurt and juices. Only issue was a shower head that was rather short for my 6 ft son and no fans in the bathroom.

The bed was very comfortable. Very clean! Had everything that you need for a nightly stay. Nicely renovated! The coffee wasn't good. Looked over the bagel/cereal bar and decided to go elsewhere for breakfast.

The bathroom is too small and the bathroom door is poorly designed for how it opens into the bathoom. Also no microwaves in the room. Rooms are large but bathroom tiny.

I actually didn’t stay. I mad a reservation for the week before and the stay was fine. The reason I’m giving no stars is because I accidentally signed up for a stay at hotels.com (never again!!!) and got zero help from the hotel to cancel the reservation. So I was basically double charged for one night. Not an ethical, smart or sustainable business model.

The property lists a pool. There is no pool. Front desk acknowledged it’s an error on the website! The main continental breakfast option is cereal, but yet they were out of milk and didn’t know when they’d get any in. Those two are very disappointing things when traveling with children!!!

Not amazing but okay

Pros: very clean and newly renovated hotel. Beds were comfortable and we overall enjoyed our stay for the price. Cons: our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. Me and my husband had to lug our suitcases and our kids suitcases up the stairs. The breakfast area was minimal and their apples were bruised. I had to call for extra towels to be delivered to our room and they never brought them. Overall it was an okay experience and it was worth it for the price.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

It was terrible. Terrible service, no staff help, rooms don’t have pull out couches even tho you book one. Breakfast was literally bagels and cereal, the “pool” is just a big hot tub, no early check in for honors members, no late check out, my kids slept on the floor no extra pillows in the hotel, I’ll never stay there Again
