"The floor of our room was sticky. Very pet friendly. Breakfast buffet was not stocked well, specifically they were out of coffee the first day and out of hot water the next. To be fair, once I brought the issue to the attention of the front desk, they alerted the breakfast crew and they remedied the problem. "

We had a group of 8 golfers and we were looking for somewhere near Auburn for a golf tournament and extra rounds that had good reviews and wasn’t ridiculously priced and this place was great. Rooms were renovated, clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and cute retro feel. "Clean room, nice staff, older building but nice interior."

"Kitchen had a few dishes, knives (dull, could not cut anl lime), coffee maker, filters, microwave. Brink napkins or paper towels. Mini fridge (no ice). My unit was to the road, so had some noise. The staff were great and the beds were comfortable. Furniture was ok. Liked having 2 bedrooms. "

"Smelled of cigarettes. I found a cigarette butt under my bed. The floor was yucky. There was no waste basket. Electric outlets did not work properly. The cooling unit did not work properly. The bathtub was clean and I did enjoy a bath."

"The bed was clean but the couch and bathroom were terrible, bathtub and tile were so old and nasty and the coach had a lot of stain marks, lady at front desk is kinda rude "

"Good location close to downtown. As soon as we got in the room the toilet was plugged and flooded the bathroom but they fixed it quickly. Breakfast choices were limited and somewhat cold but the fresh made eggs were nice. Not much coffee left in room. Staff was very nice. "

"Repair work is need in the room that I stayed in, the toilet seat was loose and needs to be replaced. The body wash soap contain was completely empty. Hair was in the tub and the floor under the night stand was dirty. "

"IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. "

"Clean, good staff"

"The Desk staff was most accommodating and welcoming. The site is well maintained and clean. Five pillows on the King bed was nice. Breakfast was typical but did have sausage and beacon on different days. Walking distance to a couple of fast food establishments and very close to grocery shopping. Quick, easy access to the freeway. I felt comfortable with the parking."
