"Everything was fine.. Just the breakfast isnt worth $39.90 per person unless you're an Accor Member and get 30% off..
Plus, it's not a Novotel issue, but the amount of homeless people in the park opposite the hotel is ridiculous.. which can have an affect to the overall hotel experience."

"Starting with the view off the 37th floor, it was spectacular. The unit had everything we wanted or needed for a stay of 5 nights. Kitchen was a good size, the washer and dryer worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. Initially we had trouble trying to figure out how to use the TV, not being familiar with that format, but eventually we figured it out by trial and error. The security system for using the elevators we found quite unique and efficient. Also the rates for the days we picked...

One of the lifts wasn’t working the morning we left so had to wait quite a while when we had a train to catch but these things happen. "Great price for the size of the room and its inclusions- air con was cold (many hotels fail with this) - the staff on the front desk tried hard to assist me with ferry times and other information about sites worth-seeing in Brisbane but were not trained in this and I had to find the under freeway ferry wharf on my own (a french tourist showed me) plus the sky-walk at the Star Building- I'm not complaining though, as your ladies tried, but they obviously didn't know anything about Brisbane CBD...
