"I've stayed there a couple of time now. Positive experience. Staff were always pleasant and helpful. I'd certainly stay there again.
A couple of very minor things...
1. The toilet roll holder in the room was a bit loose.
2. The underground car park was closed one night when I arrived back at about 7pm. The concierge did offer to open it up for me, but I'd already parked elsewhere.
3. On our last night no hand towels or bath mats were provided but I did get an extra towel."

"We stayed as we were flying out very early back to Canada . It was pricey and paying for the shuttle seemed ludicrous. The staff at the hotel lounge we’re honestly terrible! The one gal avoided me as I was standing waiting to order drinks and it wasn’t even busy. Then our burger was raw so the main waiter took it back . The waitress brought two small plates after I told her we were sharing that we’re do small we had to eat small bits at a time and she didn’t even bring napkins :((

"Great place to stay, has everything you need for staying short term or long term. We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment and was quiet during the night even though we were facing the main road. Bed was comfy and so was lounge. Also had a washing machine and dryer, everything you would find in an apartment. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Will stay again when in Brisbane next."

"The Junior Suite was wonderful - spacious, very comfortable bed and terrific bathroom and bath tub. The shower nozzle was a bit hit and miss but everything else was perfect!
Staff very friendly and helpful and I definitely appreciated the upgrade and complimentary drinks.
I’ve marked down the amenities but that is only because the renovations have limited them.
