"The rooms at this hotel reserved specifically for Expedia customers are only at the front of the place. The front is about 150 ft. From a major highway. Trucks, tractor trailer, motorcycles. Loud cars racing up Rt. 50s made for one of the loudest, disturbed sleeps ever. We asked for a room facing away from the highway, but we were told we needed to pay full price for another room. No paying the difference between room price. She did offer 10% for the new room, but the cost was still...

"The hotel exceeded our expectations! Modern and very clean. My only issue was with the bathroom sink faucet. They put a sprinklers head on the faucet like you see in some public restrooms to conserve water. Not ideal for a bathroom sink. No other complaints…Nice stay!"

"Upon checking in the person checking my mother-in-law in was very rude, had an attitude, and didn’t speak or welcome us. That was a turn off after traveling for hour's!! Everything else was great!! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I’m not sure if I would stay there again because of the lady who was rude with the blue hair.. She needs a class on customer service for sure!!!"

"The room was clean, shower was a little iffy. I couldn’t tell if it was stains or the paint. First two nights we either had scolding hot shower water or freezing cold. The first night the water was also brown so we had to run it for awhile before it cleared. We called about the brown water first and they said they would send someone but never did. When we called the second day about the water temp, they did the same thing. The only thing the receptionist did for me when I first got in was comp...

"We loved the quaintness of the room, complete with a gas fireplace and floor to ceiling drapes. Having a restaurant right on site was incredible. I especially loved the girl dinner deal! We enjoyed the stay and the property was beautiful."

"Parking was plentiful and lighting was good. Staff was very friendly and courteous. Room was well laid out. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Great water pressure in shower. Breakfast I gave 4 stars only because I am not an egg person, so I hoped for pancakes or French toast. The breakfast potatoes were delicious. They had fruit, cereal, yogurt, toast, muffins, juice. We would definitely stay again."
