"The view of the water was nice. The cleanliness was very good. The mattresses and pillows need to be replaced. That being said, I slept well. The hotel, however, is in need of TLC. The location was excellent. The staff we met was kind. We were grateful for the availability. "

"I was on the top floor, which meant a lot of stairs, but the reward was a great sea view. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Nigel, the owner, was lovely and the "serve youself anytime" continental style breakfast (with home-made cakes!) was a great idea. I'd be happy to stay again."
