"Loved, loved, loved this hotel. It was a 4 minute walk to Hamamatsucho station which is on the Yamanote line and away from the hustle and bustle. Although there is a train line next to the hotel you don't hear them after certain time. The staff were absolutely amazing! We first went to the wrong hotel and one of the staff members gave us directions to the right hotel but then got on his bicycle and followed us to ensure we were going to the right hotel. "Very pleasant hotel in a nice area of Tokyo. Quiet and clean. Closely connected to metro stations. Close convenience stores for those late night snack runs. The lounge was very nice to have and I used the fitness centre which was very clean. Room was spacious with a nice view. Would stay here again."

Had gluten free rolls, some sort japanese sweet potatpo dish,sticky rice, miso fruit, brie, oat milk,soy milk, almond milk. We could get better for that amount but chose it because we thought it looked newer and high end similar to The carlton only more artsy. We had the "deluxe" double room with 3rd bed...
