"This was an incredible stay! It is equipped with absolutely everything you might need (clothing iron, fridge, microwave, even a small mop). The room was also spacious and great for a longer trip. "Awesome stay at Hibiya. Good location not too far from Ginza and there is a train station nearby. Lobby is quite grand and cozy at high floor. Reception lady was kind enough to let us check in early. Breakfast was better than expected, friendly staffs at breakfast area every morning. Housekeeping lady super friendly and helpful, great training by the management. Only thing to improve is the laundry machines, few were broken during the stay, but we still managed to do few rounds of laundries. "

"The hotel service was unfriendly. They dont allow early check in, even when the rooms are ready. They only accept check in time at 3pm, so at that time everyone that has been waiting at the lobby,, all have to queue again to get the key. Which is very unefficient. The location is only close to oedo mrt train. The rest of the mrt trains is 800 meters away but you can go by Shiodome underpass. If the price is the same I will recommend Royal Park Shiodome being closer to train station and convenient stores and they have 2 treadmills. This hotel only have one treadmill which mean I have to get up so early in order to beat the rest of the guests for it. Not a bad hotel if you get a good price for it "
