"The room was clean and spacious! Linens were very nice and the beds very comfortable! The property grounds were beautiful with palm trees with areas to sit and socialize. The pool was beautiful with fountains and a hot tub. The property was so lovely it’s unfortunate that property management allowed items that should have been trashed to remain on the premises. "Megan at the front desk was friendly and professional. View of the water and fishing pier access is great. Our room was nice, but unfortunately the floor was filthy. We brought it to their attention and they said they would address it with the cleaning staff. A/C unit needed repair as it was very loud. Breakfast was great. "The staff was friendly and did try to help initially—they moved us from our first room, which was dirty, into a king suite.
Unfortunately, the second room still had roaches. We only stayed because it was after 12:40 AM and there were no reasonable alternatives at that hour.
While I appreciate that the staff was kind and attempted to accommodate us, the overall experience did not meet basic cleanliness standards.
The hotel later stated that we were satisfied with the second room, which is not...
