"Mtserlebi Resort is located in a small village that is calm, clean and safe. The resort rooms were very clean and completely equipped with toiletries, coffee pods, hair dryer, bathrobes and towels. There was 24 hr hot water supply. The views from this resort are stunning. They have a small but very informative museum with-in the resort. They have plenty of place to walk, large indoor and outdoor pool, play area for children, open bar and a fire place. Staff were very friendly."

"Facility is basic, and we encountered a power outage from late afternoon to about 9 pm in the evening. Without power, water was also not available. With very limited English speaking skills, the staff were very nice and kind and tried their best to help 👍 The breakfast was also very simple. With the price we paid, a much higher quality of staying was expected."

"The hotel is shown on the map on Expedia as being located just below the Fortress in one of the few remaining historic areas of the city, very close to Stalin Museum, but it is actually located in front of the train station, across the river, 30 minutes away from the museum. And there is absolutely nothing to do or see in that area. The people who work there (we had contact with 4 or 5 people at different times in less than one day) are accommodating but do nothing if not asked, and you have to find them first. "I had a wonderful stay at River Side Tbilisi Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the Old Town area. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Tbilisi. Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again! "
