"The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We were in the executive room, which was spacious and clean. However there was a wet spot on the floor and it was a bit soaked through which I assume must be a leak from the radiator near the spot. Either that or previous occupants may have spilt something on the floor? Otherwise a lovely stay, quiet and in a nice area of glasgow."

"It felt wonderful to be able to come back to this hotel at the end of a long day. The staff and management really go all out to make guests feel at home. The rooms have very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms! Meals are also very nice - and again, it was so comforting not to have to go out again at the end of the day. "Friendly helpful staff. Nice breakfast with decent choice of food. Massive car park at side of hotel as long as you register car at reception. Close to decent variety of shops and town centre. Plenty of nearby attractions."

"You get what you pay for. Showers were not clean, mold growing in silicone and grout. Needed a good clean or bleach! I turned the “waterfall faucet” on and the water completely missed the sink and ran directly onto the floor (because of the design and miniature sized space saving sink). Messy chaos to deal with. Room heater didn’t work or have instructions. Outside, car park and grounds were dirty and didn’t feel safe. Staff were nice."
