"The property was easy to find despite other reviews - the car park 2 it tells you to park in on the website is signposted from the main road and can also be put as a destination on map apps. The food was also pretty good despite others saying it was awful. I did find the room to be quite hot though - I’m not sure the cooling mechanism went quite cold enough for me! Overall I would stay again."

"My one bed room without windows was very small. An open suitcase took up all the floor space. The TV was difficult to use. Turn it on then select the channels was very difficult. The TV would not turn off. The remote control would turn it on but not off. The hot water kettle worked okay. Clean towels and coffee sugar cream and tea packets are replaced every other day. The staff are very helpful. It's a 5 minute walk to the Queen Street Train Station. Rooms are very small."

"It felt wonderful to be able to come back to this hotel at the end of a long day. The staff and management really go all out to make guests feel at home. The rooms have very comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms! Meals are also very nice - and again, it was so comforting not to have to go out again at the end of the day. "My single bed room was small. No hot water kettle, no mini fridge. No coffee or tea packets. Coffee for sale in the lobby. The TV and AC worked okay. Check in is self service check in and it was slow and difficult using their computer. I won't stay there in the future."
