"Property looks fairly new. It is clean, beds are comfy to me, great water pressure for a hot shower! We stayed for 3 days, so it checked all our boxes. it did have a stovetop, microwave and a washing machine, which was actually more than we needed. if you plan plan to use those things, be forewarned that there were no utensils or cookeware, or detergents or things like that. i think the guest bears that responsibility! yes, i would book there again!"

"Wonderful stay. Hands down best hotel our family of 4 stayed on our Japan trip. Brand new hotel, was hesitant to stay and booked last minute with only a couple reviews. So glad we did, super clean, modern and wonderful hotel staff. Would give 10 stars if we could. Booked the 2 bedroom suite and it felt like home, by far the largest hotel room we had during our Osaka stay. Thank you 30 Pieces Namba !"

"This was a great hotel. Staff was always making sure our needs were met and that we were comfortable. The room was a very good size for our family of 4. Location was close to American Village and Dotonbori. Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The staff was super friendly, and the location was great. Our overall experience was great. My only negative comment is they charge for early check in, our room was ready at noon and they wanted $40 to allow us to check in early vs the 3pm check in."

We also loved the location! Easy transportation options as well! Also included washing machine which helped us for our long trip! Highly recommend!"
