We had left some important items in the hotel room after check out and the 24 hour service center at our next Minn hotel was able to contact the right people to arrange pick up of these items. "The flat was very easy to find and access with clear instructions from owners. Direct metro link to shin-osaka station and 5min walk thereafter. Easy to get around to all the tourist attractions including universal studios, castle and dontonbori. Great area to base yourself. "Room condition was great and size was a plus only downside was that the sign is quite small so spotting it was a little hard. The check-in information email contained a detailed guide on how to find it though. The email was not automatically sent to me though I had to request it but their response to my email was very quick and helpful!"
