The colonial-era buildings along Mall Road offer spectacular Himalayan views and shops selling woollen shawls and wooden crafts. Take the toy train from Kalka to reach this hill station or hike through pine forests to nearby Jakhoo Temple with its famous monkey population.
From the moment we checked in we got a warm welcome. The entire staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was neat and clean and spacious. The house keeping staff were very prompt in their service. Even in the restaurant we were served with hot food and got prompt service. We got very good treatment from the entire staff of the hotel.

We just returned home from a 16 night stay in northern India. we stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The breakfast was one of the best, special shout out to the chef making omelettes, it was the best I had all trip!
The staff really made my parents feel special as they were celebrating their 50th anniversary.
The hotel seemed very popular with retired Brits, make of that what you will! The room style was classic.

I felt the staff were friendly and the property was really nice and comfortable. The only thing I felt a little problematic was the location . Its really difficult to get Ola or Uber during rush hours. Rest everything was upto the mark.
