The staff was polite, helpful, professional. I live in Chicago, was here for a night, this is my second visit, this hotel is on par with hotels in US and better than some even. I will visit again.

I am from Chicago, stayed for a day with family, liked the hotel , it is comparable to the ones in US, howecer my bathroom was clogged and the shower drin di not drain, called the front desk and compalined but theynever sent anyone to fix it, I was in such a hurry , I had to take a shower with the clogged shower, disgusting, the next day I had to leave so early, took shower again with the drain clogged, I suggest they should attend to guest's call immediately which they don't.

Quite deceptive from the outside. The reception and restaurant also have a good look and feel but the rooms are unfortunately quite bad. Linens need to be changed desperately. The sofas and carpets are stained. The flooring is also stained quite badly in most parts of the room. We had to request for our room to be changed and thought the second one would be better but it was more or less the same and given we were only there for the night, didn't bother with anything else. The housekeeping also wasn't done in the morning despite reminding the reception. The good thing about the property is they have a charging station so you are travelling in an EV, you are quite sorted and the food is good, both buffet and a la carte. The staff are sweet but lack experience. Good potential if they get it right but right now, they have a fair bit to do to improve overall customer experience.

We booked Harsha Fern for a night stay to attend a wedding near by. When I booked this place, was hoping the room will be maintained well however it wasn’t. When we checked in, the room given had broken door lock, non working Tv, dead cockroach in bathroom, there was dust in every corner of the room, the room walls were torn, in bathroom the basic amenities like tooth brush, comb etc wasn’t even there. Anyways, we called reception and they arranged another room. That came with it’s own things; the bathroom shower glass door wasn’t sliding, how does one supposed to take bath? We managed somehow. The couch in room had stains all over it, disgusting. Also, there wasn’t the toilet paper, bathroom had just one toothbrush, come on when hotel knows two people and a kid is staying, at least keep another toothbrush? To my surprise there were no hand towels only bath towels were given. I strongly suggest management to look into these basic things because when you name a place “International” please try to provide such standard facilities including cleanliness within the room. During checkout, the staff at reception dint even care to ask how was our stay, I’m assuming they knew the feedback I would provide. Anyway, the place need lot of improvements, but not a worth of money to stay. I would find a different place for same amount elsewhere.

New building, good structure, staff OK needs more training, food not satisfactory, as the weather was bit chilly the Solar water heater did not work efficiently, so no hot water early AM , cost not bad
