"Exceptional property, hidden in the mountains. Excellent quality of water (natural spring water from the mountain which is rich in jades). Extraordinary landscape, comfort bed, clean room. They even have an outdoor hot tub where the natural forest is right next to you. We saw monkeys on the way up to the property. "We had a wonderful time here! The room was large and comfortable for a family of four. We liked the quirky bird decorations and had fun identifying the native ones we have seen. I loved the balcony with an ocean view and the rooftop a for a more 360 degree view. It was our first time to Hualien area and loved the quiet and peaceful road this hotel was located on. The owner was so helpful and generous. We enjoyed the Taiwanese breakfast buffet, especially the radish cakes! Definitely will return....

"checkin體驗極差。入住前並沒有發給我們任何入住提示（比如大門密碼、注意事項等）這與屋主張貼於門前的告示（會通過平台inbox通知）相悖，如果不是提前買了當地電話卡，一定無法入住。hotels平台上也只給了一個香港地區的聯繫方式說要提前聯繫屋主，沒有站內信息或郵箱，而屋主是在台灣，請問要如何聯繫呢？非常奇怪。 屋主本人態度很好，房間非常整潔乾淨，還有露台可以晾曬衣物，房間內有香薰。不知是否樓層關係，3樓熱水要等很久，有點浪費水資源。每天會準備新鮮水果，品質都ok這一點好評。位置離花蓮車站很近，離中心區和東大門夜市步行20分鐘左右，在安靜的住宅區，晚上外面不會吵。但是樓梯間有擴音效果，遇到了半夜還在客廳大聲談笑或是喜歡在房門前大聲喧嘩的旅客，非常頭疼。"
