"Clean"

"Clean, fairly priced. Just a block or two off the I-5. Good size rooms. In & Out burger right across the street. Good parking."

"Excellent location and property. Although we didn't use the pool- it was welcoming. The breakfast, complimentary, was excellent. Loved the Gibbs restaurant ok n the property. This will be our go to property in Redding."

"I didn't get to use the spa, but they do have a hot tub. Room was clean and stocked. No complaints"

"Nice room, outdoor pool, big parking."

"Location and quiet room. Highly recommended."
