"I had a wonderful experience with Onyado Nono Namba, even after my stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable, the food was great, and the location was perfect. My son accidentally left his stuffed bear, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. They quickly found it, kept me updated, and arranged international shipping back to the U.S. We have now received it safely, and my son Logan is very happy. "Hankyu Respire is a nice hotel, conveniently located within the Osaka Train Station. The hotel is clean. Rooms are smaller compared to US hotels. The hotel provides all the basic amenities, including slippers and pajamas. The staff is helpful. They also provide baggage forwarding service to the next destination, if one does not want to carry their luggage with them."
