Everything was excellent except that the rooms and bathrooms are very small. Service was very good - we did experience some delays in getting ordered food to the table at dinner time but the waiting staff in general were very efficient and helpful. The front office staff were very helpful in explaining the logistics of doing the Sai Darshan and the provided shuttle for drop off and pickup from the temple was very well organized

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff

Great place to stay, with good amenities in the newly renovated wing of the hotel. Fantastic breakfast buffet (except for the couple of flies that were hovering around the sandwiches). Staff is warm and friendly. Special thanks to Dipak Das for extraordinary service during breakfast. The staff had wrongly put someone’s else bill of about 4000 rupees on my room, hope that is sorted out.

Every member of the staff from the front desk to housekeeping was amazing to work with. I was always greeting with warm smiles and professionalism. I would not consider staying at another hotel when visiting the Sai Baba temple again. Many thanks to the staff!

Excellent staff esp in dining room/restaurant. Overall, all staff very pleasant, polite, helpful, and respectful. Area around property not the cleanest, but safe and walkable to temple. Low rating on facility condition because windows are loose, faucets don't work well, water pressure is low, shower curtain is hung too high so water splashes all around, towels provided are low grade for a top-rated hotel, and door lock would keep jamming, and we lost time because we had to wait until maintenance would come and "un-jam" the door lock. Upon check-in I signed a document that stated my checkout time was noon, while the front desk gentleman insisted it was 11am. He agreed to noon only after I asked him to read the paper he asked me to sign. Don't get me wrong: he was - like all other staff - very polite and respectful.

I stayed here for a night and the staff were amazing. They went out of the way to help me. Also had breakfast there and it was excellent. They only serve vegetarian food but variety of regional food were available and it was tasty, spicy.

Excellent stay in the hotel. Neat and clean, good parking, lovely free drop to the temple in their electric car. 10 min walk to the temple... nice walk. Overall, definitely recommend this hotel.
