"Property was tidy and generally clean but shower had plenty of hair still left on the walls and blockout curtains were very dirty/stained.
Toilet ran water the whole time and the bedside clock emitted an alarm at 3.30am.

"We booked and paid extra for 1 child with 2 adults. We booked a King bed. What we got was no pull out bed for our child and two single beds jammed together disguised as a King bed. The beds equated to roughly 185cm by 172cm which is well short of Australian standards of what a king bed is. We paid an extra $70-$80 for our child to stay with us.
