"Was charged twice for the room. A/C is very loud in the room and hard to sleep Beds are doubles not kings Parking is difficult. Contacting the hotel about changes to the booking extremely difficult. Breakfast was nice not amazing. Overall a very disappointed experience with Accor!"

"First up, the hotel is in a mobile signal black hole, Add to that, their wifi signals are weak and keeps dropping in and out (a known issue as acknowledged by management). There is only free to air TV channels as well. So, if you're fine with a total internet and phone black out during your stay, then this place is fine. "I have stayed at the Caboolture Riverlakes 3 times now, with a 4th already planned. The staff id always incredibly freindly and helpful. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable with everything you could need. The property is easy to access with a great location, central to nearly anything you want to experience visiting Australia. They even gave us a discount card for the zoo! Overall I never come to Australia without booking a room at this alestablushment for at least a night or two."

"What a wonderful stay!! We totally enjoyed our 2 days at the Inn. Cozy room with everything you could possibly need. The hotel management hosts were warm and inviting at arrival and check out. Would stay again. The pub and grill next door is very convenient. The lagoon style pool would be fantastic during the hot months. Hotel room has all the basic needs for a reasonable price. Thanks again to our hosts."

"Next door to very noisey people unfortunately with their TV very loud till midnight. Shame that people don’t think of others when staying in shared spaces. Food was good. Very convenient place to stay Staff very friendly & helpful"
