"I had such a wonderful stay here, and I especially want to thank the manager, Toko. He was incredibly helpful on my first night after arriving, and his kindness really made a huge difference. "The room was small but clean and the staff were amazing. They helped me do luggage forwarding and then helped me find my phone when I forgot it. Breakfast was good and so was the shuttle. The convenience store on site was nice as well."

"I'll get the negative out of the way, and it's fairly minor all things concerned. It's lobby is on the 27th floor via a specific elevator, and we only found that out after some assistance from some courteous building staff. There wasn't clear signage how to get to it, which is tough when ligging around luggage. Now for the pro's. While this is an expensive room, it's cost is justified in our view. It's right next door to Tokyo station. It has a few restaurants in the building and one attached...

"The room was nice, but what made the trip for me was renting the private spa. What a treat that was my wife and I. The hotel is next to a mall and short walking distance to a train. I would stay here again! "

"Staff were very responsive when I reached out to them via email prior my trip and also when I shipped my luggage from another hotel. They were very accommodating and provided clear instructions and additional information around the airport limousine etc. Staff and service were top notch. The location was convenient to wander around different places in Tokyo and a lot of food options in the hotel and or surrounding. The room was very spacious. "
