"Very spacious and homey. Room was clean and the onsen was great overlooking mt fuji.
Cons, the check out time is too early, you must leave at 10 am which is worst when you come with kids"

"The Villa was new and up scale and roomy. It was super clean and great instruction on how to deal with the needs for our 2 days stay. The bedrooms was good size with comfortable Queens size bed and not those twin size. The beds were great and firm enough you know they weren't cheap material. The amenities were great with the sauna room was clean and equipped with sauna towel along with the private hot tub in the unit and no need to share. The balcony was great for BBQ with family and friends....

"There was a 2 day delay in communication, and catching a cab was a little challenging. The apartment was beautiful and a wonderful place to stay. We were even able to catch glimpse of Fuji. Thank you."
