"Really nice country Inn. I really liked the room and the large bathroom. There were nice little treats in the room and a coffee maker as well as a fridge. The room was clean. The only reason, I didn't give it a 5 is that there was no front desk and pillows were so thick that I had a difficult time sleeping."

"Checking in was not with real staff but rather by a visual computer screen and by a person who spoke with an accent that is difficult to understand. There was a staff at the front desk but did nothing to help unless you asked for. We didn’t feel welcomed by this procedure. The same process was with checking out. Hotel is close to freeway and a busy street so it is noisy. However, the room was clean and spacious. There is no elevator."

"The staff was really great, and the property was pretty clean and safe. We went to a car show in downtown Petaluma the following day and our classic cars are safe in the parking lot, all night long. This place is also not far from a bunch of good places to eat. Mainly for breakfast, there is a Henny Penny, right across the highway. "Brand new so of course it’s clean and tidy. Staff was not helpful- a woman was trapped in the elevator for over an hour before they would call 911- they wanted to wait for the tech. Hot breakfast was nice but they weren’t prepared for the volume of people at all! Convenient location - can walk to downtown Novato!"

"We just returned from a 2-night stay at this adorable B&B, and "magical" is the only word to describe it. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home.
