"Got there at 10:15pm and found out check in ended at 10pm. Couldn’t even get anyone on the messenger. Had no cell phone service in Japan. Wouldn’t recommend "

"It was more than the price. I even extended my stay there two more days. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I also appreciate their free washing machine and dryer! The room was clean, and great location. It was very quiet. I stayed there for four days but never heard the sound that other people wrote. It could be just a timing. I would stay there again."

"we had a party of 5, three adults and two children. we got the room that accommodated eight people, with two overhead bunks and three double beds below. the room was massive with a. couch and a long table, private toilet, private shower room and a “foyer”. loved all the space and very unexpected. there is a men’s and women’s onsen on site. loved the added amenities of free soda and popsicles for guests to cool down after onsen sessions. breakfast was included, more western style but there was a...
