Hotel dekat Shophouse Grand World

"Staff was courteous. No fridge, pay per view tv only. Bathroom was out in the hall. A kettle, no coffee or cups? Paid for two nights, stayed for one."

"Everything is good"

"Clean room but room was as bland as can be, not even one picture 9n a single wall. Only one small pillow per person. Staff very limited english. When arrived we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs ourselves with no help. Expected more from the Melia chain. Park tickets were cheeper online that on the hotel. Lots of noise on the hall ways. Of the 8 hotels I have stayed so far the last i would rank."

"가성비 좋은 숙소. 위치도 좋았고, 시설도 무난했다. 주변에 맛집이 많아 좋았다."

"The fist day we arrived and the bedsheets had blood on them, we asked the staff to clean when we went out, arrived later that night, they had changed the bedsheets, but there was no hot water and there was no one at the reception that night to help, they have 2 emergency numbers no one answered both of them, we went to sleep without showering, in the morning when we called reception they told us to turn the hot water on and wait FIFTHTEEN TO TWENTY MINUTES!!! For the water to heat up, they...

"Our family of five (2 adults and 3 children) from Malaysia really enjoyed our stay at Wyndham Hotel Phu Quoc. As Muslim travellers, halal food is one of our main concerns when travelling. We were happy that the hotel provides several halal food options, which made our stay more convenient. The swimming pool is also very spacious, and our children really enjoyed it. We added one extra bed in the room, so the room became a little smaller, but it was still comfortable enough and not a big issue...

"The bathroom was horrible and under construction. Not much soap was provided. Access to the location is difficult. Food and hospitality were good. "

"It was listed as 4 stars and when i got there the rooms are infested with bugs and dirty everywhere but the manager was really friendly and gave me a full refund "

"Clean room and beautiful ocean view and beach. However, the resort seems a bit run down. The gardens are beautiful but there is a bit of old decorations/equipment just laying around which kinda of ruins the vibe a bit. "

"Very good for families with kids. Would be great if the private pool can be cleaned up better."

"This property was the best and well located inside the grand world. The staff was quite friendly too.."

"nice hotel and nice location the staff so friendly i will visit again 🌺"

"깨끗하고 편안했어요"

"I felt like the pictures did not match the room. Square footage certainly did not. "

"The room and place are a little rough around the edges but if you want to be close to all of the tourist activities, you’ll save A LOT of money. It’s was fine for what you pay. "

"The double rooms are mostly on 4th floor and the stairs are small. It is tough to carry the suitcase. They have only big rooms on the first floor and you have to pay much more. They have only solar water geysers. There is no one at the reception most of the time if you have any concerns. The bathrooms are not tidy and the water gets clogged. The bathrooms are tiny and you should turn off the water in between your bath for the water to drain. Please don’t choose this. "
