"This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. The room was absolutely filthy from the moment I walked in. There were bugs in the room, making it impossible to relax or feel comfortable. The bed and bedding had visible stains that made it obvious they had not been properly cleaned or changed. The bathroom was disgusting, the floors were dirty, and the entire room looked like it had been neglected for a long time. It felt unsanitary and completely unacceptable. The overall condition...

"Staff not helpful"

"All the staff we encountered were very nice and accommodating. From house keeping to front desk and in passing the maintenance workers."

"Unfortunately not much was good about the room or property. Front desk she was great. Outdated property and hotel rooms, area had closed restaurants around it. She told us cleaning service was every 14 days, plus we had to sign a no smoking waver but the hallways and room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not good!"

"Very small bathroom for an extended stay hotel. Back door would not work with key card so staff said to use a rock to prop the door open. Needed more lighting in the back parking lot. Only had 1 working dryer in the guest laundry and it did not dry well. Overall it was a good hotel and would stay again if in that area though."
