"The outside area of the hotel was clean. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. They offered different food options. The complaint I have is the very first night of my stay, I woke up around 11:45 p.m. to my ceiling pouring water from the shower above my room. The staff ran in grabbing towels and had to move me to another room. The new room they moved me to looked as if that ceiling had previously experienced water damage as well. Luckily, I didn’t have any issues out of the new room. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. Nobody wants to be awakened to water running from the ceiling. After speaking to the staff, it didn’t seem as if they cared. I will not book here again!!!"
