"Lovely accommodation 5 minutes walk to the train station and buses. I stay one night at the hotel. The hotel bedroom is well present with most amenities, I would expect to see in similar accommodation. The staff gave clear instructions and advice. Excellent supportive life style. "

"I was gluten and dairy free. The buffet was labelled up with allergies on it. Had to ask for gf bread and df milk as was not available out. The spa was fully booked , so didn't have one. Pool was usy most of the time not matter what time you went. The hot tub had way too much chlorine in it and stung the eyes. Restaurant and spa staff were very good. Front desk was hit and miss. The room was decent , the only problem was there was two alcoves that were slanted, one above the bed which I kept...

"Easy and friendly check in and a lovely comfy clean room. Plenty of parking available and in a lovely area and only 15 minutes from the NEC. It’s a shame we didn’t have time to use the gym and pool but we’ll be back."

"What a great retreat in the English countryside. The staff here goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Perfect place for a nice getaway. We were also excited to use the Golf Simulator nearby. Our only regret is having to check out. See you next time !"
