"This place is truly a hidden gem. Close to downtown for the restaurants and activities, but in a nice neighborhood. So much here, beautiful rooms and even a big backyard. The comman areas are delightful, and our room was even better. Enjoyed the big soaker tub with the jets."

"Room was really nice and roomy. Loved the shower but the floors looked like they needed mopped. The check in receptionist was very nice but the one we gave our room keys to when we left was rude. Also the ice machine on the fourth floor wouldn’t work"

"We have stayed at this property many times over the last several years, this was not the best experience we have had. While the front staff was friendly and kind, there were several issues. First we woke up with no hot water and needed to be moved. The new room we were moved too was poorly renovated. There was paint on the floor in the bathroom, the kitchen table was wobbly, the bedroom doors could not be shut all the way or you would get stuck in them as they were so tight, the TV in the second...

"The restaurant their on the first floor. Had a line told us it would be an hr wait but no one in there. Then stepped out side came back am she was setting people. Food choices was poor. My room the toilet set was broken. The casino is ok"

"It was a good place, carpet needs some deep cleaning. First night TV didn’t work but finally started during the night and after that played well the rest of the week. Staff was really great, answered all of our questions, very helpful. Breakfast needs some help. Coffee needed a lot of help. We were so hoping for some good community coffee or at least some brewed coffee and not instant. Parking was good mainly because they were never full while we were there. Not sure we will stay there again."
