"When we got there our room was not ready we were told 20 minutes. Other people even those who did not have a reservation checked in ahead and we waited finally a man came over and asked why are you sitting here. Waiting on my room. Discovered the guy who said it was not ready didn’t tell anyone we were waiting and he left even thought he came over and told us twice it would be 20 minutes. We ended up waiting about 40 minutes
Sink in bathroom was stopped up when we got there never worked...

"There was a musty smell that was off putting as soon as we walked in the door. The rooms are very small and we had a leak in the sink drain that wasn’t repaired after we reported it. I didn’t feel that it was worth the cost. Very disappointing for a supposed upscale Hilton."

"Extremely disappointed - in fact i am actually very angry.
I booked the hotel one year ahead. The idea was that i had booked the best hotel in Lexington.
What we found was a 'hotel' with zero amenities - No bar - no restaurant - no communal spaces.
Add to this - No working Wifi. But more than this - i had three rooms booked and other people with me asked about the wifi and they were told, no one had reported it, it was such a surprise - a 2nd wifi was given with a password - which also didnt...

"I really enjoyed my stay in Lexington! My room was nice and spacious, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax and unwind. I also loved how convenient the location was. It made getting around Lexington so much easier. Having a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day made my stay even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again!"
