"We had a fabulous stay at Sentrim Mara. Some of the other reviews did concern me before booking but I found this place to be good value for money. Also, the lodge was so spacious! "Their dining is superb, unlike any safari oriented place I've ever stayed, which is over 30 times. Their menu is extensive, and I mean first-class. "Absolutely loved our time at Basecamp. The location is perfect, at the edge of the Masai Mara, we heard the lions at night, while sleeping. "We stayed 2 nights, the property was beautiful right in the middle of Masai Mara. The rooms were good except that they were a little too dark. Little more lighting would have been good. We had the presidential suite so we had the whole suite to ourselves which was nice. Food was good, lot of variety (vegetarian and indian food options).
